About Me

BIOGRAPHY & STATEMENT

Mariusz Krzysztof Aniśko, known as MK Anisko, is a Polish-born artist (b. 1980) currently based in London, United Kingdom. He earned a Master of Fine Arts in Painting (Easel Painting) in 2014, and his work is held in private collections worldwide. In addition to his visual art practice, he is an active musician, playing guitar for bands such as What About Chad and Krzyż Kross.

Anisko’s work seeks to transcend reality, exploring the profound layers of imagination through fine art’s limitless possibilities. His artistic approach is shaped by a fusion of influences—musical energy, literary narratives, technological advancements, and the refined techniques of the Old Masters. A recurring theme in his work is the integration of technology and trans-humanism, reflecting on their impact in the modern era. By intertwining these elements, Anisko creates visually and conceptually engaging pieces that challenge perception and explore the evolving relationship between humanity and innovation.
